Provide financial education to families
Help clients understand insurance and protection options
Attend weekly training and mentorship sessions
Build relationships through warm outreach
Support clients with ongoing service and follow‑ups
Please note: This is a commission‑based opportunity.
Compensation is performance‑based and includes commissions, bonuses, and leadership overrides. This role allows you to start part‑time and grow at your own pace, with no income caps.
Many team members begin part‑time while learning the business and increase their income as they gain experience and build their client base.
Must be 18+
Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
Must be willing to obtain a provincial life insurance license (training provided)
Must be open to coaching and mentorship
Must have access to a laptop and internet
